The Great Khali allegedly slaps toll operator; video goes viral

In a video going viral on the internet, the famous WWE wrestler, widely known as the Great Khali, is seen getting into a fight with a toll plaza employee.

Dalip Singh Rana or the Khali allegedly got into a fight with a toll plaza employee after he tried to remove a barricade by himself. In the video, Kahli could be seen arguing with the staff member. The video went viral on Tuesday and was reportedly from Ladhowal on Panipat-Jalandhar national highway.


Why did the Great Khali get into a fight?
According to the reports, Khali was travelling to Karnal through Ludhiana with a few people in a car. As per the video, one of the staff members asked him to show an identification card, over which Khali allegedly slapped the employee which caused more arguments between the employees and Khali.

In the video, Khali could be heard saying he does not have an identification card at the moment. He could also be heard saying that the staff members are trying to blackmail him and forcing him out of passing.

The video led to a lot of discussion over the wrestler's behaviour and that of the toll plaza employees. Khali was sitting in his car along with a few other people where he could be heard insisting the staff open the barricade but the employees continuously refused from doing so. The people around Khali could be heard trying to provoke Khali into action by claiming that Khali could thrash everyone with his shoes. This might have made the wrestler move out of his car and into trying to move the barricade on his own.

After Khali moved to move the barricade on his own, the toll plaza staff members tried to warn him against doing so and to be within his limits. They went on to note down the number of Khali's vehicles. On failing to move the barricade, Khali retreated to his car. A police officer was also present at the site.

What was the reaction of the great wrestler?
When asked about the viral video, Khali said that the staff members were trying to blackmail him into taking pictures with him. He said that he would not have denied it if the staff members might have asked politely, but they were very rude while talking to him.

He went on to report that the toll plaza staff members stopped him from crossing the toll and wouldn't let him pass until he agree to take pictures.

Khali also said that after he refused to take pictures with yeh staff members, they started misbehaving and verbally abusing him.

Khali was also asked about the reports of him allegedly slapping one of the employees, to which he responded by saying that he is a celebrity, and will not ever slap anyone. According to him, he could not even think of slapping anyone and it was only after the toll aza members started misbehaving that he got out of his car and tried to move the barricade on his own.

The former wrestler also talked about plans of taking strict action against the toll plaza staff members for verbally abusing him. He said that he is planning to take action against everyone who misbehaved with him yesterday and why should he pay when it was the staff who hurled abuses and blackmailed him to such an extent.
