NMMC sees 2 tree falls in the last 24 hours with 84 mm of rainfall

As per the Disaster Management of CIDCO, there was no water logging on Monday.

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) area received an average 84.68 mm of rainfall from Tuesday 8.30 am to Wednesday 8.30 am. The maximum rainfall was reported in the Koparkhairane ward with 103.1 mm. The civic jurisdiction also witnessed 2 trees fall on Tuesday.

As per the Disaster Management of CIDCO, there was no water logging on Monday. So far, the NMMC area has already received a total of 1319 mm of rainfall. Meanwhile, the good rainfall in catchment areas of the dam has pushed the level upto 76.57 meters. On Tuesday, the catchment area saw 122.60 mm of rainfall and so far, a total of 1364.2 mm of rainfall has been received.

  • Nerul- 68 mm

  • Airoli- 93.20 mm

  • Vashi-78.42 mm

  • Koparkhairane – 103.10 mm
