An Indian couple that arrived from Vietnam was nabbed with 45 guns worth over Rs 22 lakh after their two trolley bags were seized. The Commissioner of Customs, IGI Airport and General said that the copuple admitted their previous indulgence in smuggling 25 pieces of guns having a value of over Rs 12 lakh.
However, the customs said that ballistics report will confirm whether the guns are real or not.
"But in a preliminary report, NSG has confirmed that guns are fully functional and can be used," it said.
