K.P.I. Global Infras(up 6.39%), ADANIGREEN(up 5.42%), Orient Green Power Company(up 4.69%), NLC India(up 4.54%), Adani Power(up 4.45%), Indo Tech Transformers(up 4.20%), RTNPOWER(up 4.05%), JSW Energy(up 3.46%), Inox Wind Energy(up 3.34%) and Karma Energy(up 3.11%) were among the top gainers.
PIGL(down 4.43%), Jyoti Structures(down 2.39%), Inox wind(down 1.04%), KEC International(down 0.83%), Hitachi Energy India(down 0.68%), Power Grid Corporation of India(down 0.62%), Alstom T&D India(down 0.48%) and Torrent Power(down 0.07%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 65.75 points down at 16150.25, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 187.46 points at 54207.77 at around 11:05AM.
Enterprises(up 2.76%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 1.84%), NTPC(up 1.69%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 0.8%), Coal India(up 0.65%), Bharti Airtel(up 0.52%), Axis Bank(up 0.46%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 0.44%), State Bank of India(up 0.35%) and Wipro(up 0.35%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Hindalco Industries(down 2.64%), Titan Company Ltd(down 1.57%), UPL Ltd(down 1.34%), Eicher Motors(down 1.28%), Tata Steel(down 1.22%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 1.22%), Asian Paints(down 1.2%), Mahindra & Mahindra(down 1.17%), Hindustan Unilever(down 1.11%) and JSW Steel(down 1.11%) were trading in the red.
