Former Miss South Africa 2021 finalist Kgothatso Dithebe has welcomed a baby.

Dithebe announced the arrival of her baby boy on social media.

In her caption, she wrote, "The most perfect gift." She also thanked the baby's father "for making our little room look cute."

She announced the news of her pregnancy in May. "A new beginning. A love. A home. A life. Let's live," she wrote.

Dithebe made it to the top 10 of the prestigious beauty pageant, but the coveted crown was received by reigning Miss South Africa Lalela Mswane. However, Dithebe captured South Africans' hearts when she entered the competition in 2019, showing off the unique birthmark on her face.

At the time, she said that making it to the top 35 of the beauty pageant would send out a message of positivity to anyone struggling with issues related to low self-esteem.
