Stock market update: Sugar stocks up as market falls

Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries(up 8.30%), Simbhaoli Sugars(up 4.90%), Uttam Sugar Mills(up 4.44%), Shree Renuka Sugars(up 3.37%), EID Parry(up 3.04%), Ugar Sugar Works(up 3.04%), Dwarikesh Sugar Industries(up 2.93%), & Chemicals(up 2.76%), BAJAJHIND(up 2.47%) and Dhampur Sugar Mills(up 2.33%) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Hindalco Industries(down 2.61%), Titan Company Ltd(down 1.56%), Tata Steel(down 1.44%), UPL Ltd(down 1.34%), JSW Steel(down 1.24%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 1.16%), Grasim Industries(down 1.14%), Eicher Motors(down 1.11%), Asian Paints(down 1.1%) and HDFC(down 1.08%) were trading in the red.
