Khetia: Police arrest two motorcycle thieves

Maharashtra residents 27-year-old Tukaram and 17-year-old Mahesh were arrested from Dhulia, Maharashtra and brought to Khetia along with the stolen bike.

Khetia (Madhya Pradesh): Khetia police have arrested two thieves for allegedly stealing a motorcycle from Khetia-Pansemal Road on Monday. Reportedly, Bhagwan Pitambar Kapri a resident of Taradi, Thana Shahada, Maharashtra lodged an FIR of his stolen bike at Khetia police station on July 4.

According to him, he had given his motorcycle HF Deluxe MH 18 T 1804 to Khetia resident Giridhar Suryavanshi for his personal use. On July 1, Girdhar parked his motorcycle at Khetia-Pansemal Road and went towards his farm. When he returned from there, the bike was missing. Later, Bhagwan along with Giridhar had filed a report at Khetia police station.

On receiving information, a team of police officials to catch the accused was constituted by Khetia station in-charge CS Baghel under the guidance of District Superintendent of Police (DSP) Deepak Shukla and SDOP Rohit Alawa. After which, tehsil Shirpur, Maharashtra residents 27-year-old Tukaram and 17-year-old Mahesh were arrested from Dhulia, Maharashtra and brought to Khetia along with the stolen bike.

Notably, both the miscreants were presented in court. The major roles in this investigation were played by station in-charge CS Baghel, assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Kailash Chauhan, assistant sub-inspector Anil Patil, constable Vikas Sen, and R Yogesh Patil.
