After teasing its arrival and stirring up the excitement to a boiling point, the Grammy award-winning artist released her highly anticipated single, Jump. It officially marks her debut for Republic Records and Uptown Records in conjunction with her own Beauty Marks Entertainment.
The music video for the track, also released on Friday, renews her classic dancefloor-ready R&B with a jolt of uncontainable energy and spirit. It's only a matter of time before her dance moves ignite a viral TikTok challenge.
Directed by Dave Meyers, the clip moves at lightspeed, with Ciara dancing atop a moving subway train and leading a succession of highly choreographed routines. It also boasts 14 outfit and glam changes, speaking to her status as a style icon.
