A video now going viral shows an auto carrying 8, 9, or 10, but 27 people. Yes, twenty-seven people. The driver had 26 passengers, including adults and children.
The video is from Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh, where police stopped the auto which seemed to be over-speeding and overcrowded.
It was reportedly spotted near the Bindki Kotwali area of Fatehpur where the police have a speed gun. The police then chased it down.
