Ludhiana reports 26 Covid cases, one death

LUDHIANA: One person of Delhi died of Covid whereas 26 persons tested positive for the disease in Ludhiana on Monday.
A day before, 29 persons of Ludhiana had tested positive for Covid and there was no death due to disease.
Health department officials said that with no covid related death in Ludhiana on Monday the total number of deaths of the Ludhiana remained at 2,294 whereas with one Covid death of Delhi reported from a Ludhiana Hospital the number of deaths of outer districts/state in Ludhiana Hospitals increased to 1128.
Health department said that till date 3738595 suspects have been tested for Covid in Ludhiana District. It added that twenty one persons from Ludhiana tested positive for Covid whereas five from outer districts/states were found to be infected with Virus here on Monday.
