This week, Asus launched its most powerful and expensive phones -– the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro — in India. Asus this week unveiled the new ROG Phone 6 series – ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro – in India. The ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro come powered with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

The ROG Phone 6 is priced in India at Rs 71,999 for the lone 12GB+256GB storage configuration. Meanwhile, the single 18GB+512GB storage variant of the ROG Phone 6 Pro comes at Rs 89,999. Asus' new ROG Phone 6 series will be available in India for purchase this month through the company's official website.

The ROG Phone 6 series phones – ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro – feature a 6.78-inch E5 Samsung AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 165Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720Hz. The new GameCool 6 cooling system claims to reduce the CPU temperature by 10 degrees celsius. The ROG Phone 6 series boasts a 6000mAh battery split into two halves of 3000mAh, supporting 65W fast charging. However, Asus is giving a 30W adapter inside the retail packaging in India. ​Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 launched in India at Rs 73,999 onwards

A month after its global debut, the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 has launched in India. The Surface Laptop Go 2 is a successor to the two-year-old Surface Laptop Go. The new Surface Laptop Go from Microsoft comes with an 11th gen Intel Core i5 processor, up to 16GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of SSD storage. It comes at a starting price of Rs 73,999 in India. The laptop will be available for purchase through offline authorized resellers, offline stores and Amazon India.

The Surface Laptop Go 2 will also be available in two configurations – 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB – for the consumers, priced at Rs 73,999 and Rs 80,999, respectively. Meanwhile, the laptop comes in four storage configurations for businesses – 4GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB and 16GB+256GB – starting at Rs 70,990.

The Surface Laptop Go 2 comes with a 12.4-inch PixelSense display having a 1536x1024 pixel resolution, an aspect ratio of 3:2 and a peak brightness of 330 nits.

The laptop comes with OmniSonic speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. Further, the Surface Laptop Go 2 has a 720P webcam and a dual far-field studio microphone for video calls. OnePlus added yet another smart TV to its lineup with the launch of OnePlus TV 50 Y1s Pro. OnePlus offers its TV range under three series – Y, U and Q. The Y series is affordable, the U is mid-range and the Q series is high-end.

OnePlus 50 Y1s Pro smart TV comes with a price tag of Rs 32,999 and it will be available online from Amazon.in and OnePlus.in. Customers can also purchase the smart TV offline from OnePlus Experience Stores and other major retail stores starting July 7.

The OnePlus 50 Y1s Pro smart TV sports a bezel-less design and comes with ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode). It also supports HDR10+ and HDR10 for a better visual experience. The smart TV sports a 50-inch LED display with 3840x2160 pixel resolution. The display supports Auto Low Latency Mode and MEMC technology to help make fast-moving scenes appear smooth and realistic. Xiaomi introduced its 360-degree home security camera in the Indian market. The camera is equipped with enhanced night vision, intelligent motion detection (AI Human detection), and real-time two-way voice calling. Xiaomi 360° Home Security camera 2i comes at Rs 2,999. It is available across Mi.com, Mi Homes, Amazon.in, Flipkart and retail stores.

The camera sports a 1920x1080p full HD video and captures a full 360° horizontal view as well as a 108° vertical view. It has invisible 940nm infrared LEDs that offer enhanced night vision for clearer night-time images. The camera also provides AI Human detection that combines AI with deep learning technology that optimises algorithms and filters out false alarms. Lenovo launched a new tablet – Tab P11 Plus – in India. The Tab P11 Plus is the third tablet in the Tab P-series to arrive in India after the launch of Tab P11 and Tab P11 Pro. The tablet was first launched in the global market last year. Lenovo Tab P11 Plus specification includes an 11-inch 2K display, Mediatek Helio G90T, 7700mAh battery and more.

Domestic smartphone maker Lava has launched a new entry-level smartphone -- Lava Blaze– in India at a price tag of Rs 8,699. The entry-level smartphone can be purchased online from Flipkart and Lava website starting July 14. Interested customers can also pre-book the smartphone starting July 13. The company has also announced that the first 500 customers who will pre-book the smartphone will also receive Lava ProBuds 21 true wireless earbuds for free. Buyers can purchase the smartphone in Glass Green, Glass Black, Glass Red and Glass Blue colour options.

The smartphone maker claims that Lava Blaze is the first phone in this price segment that sports a Premium Glass back panel and it comes with free service at home. The affordable Lava smartphone is powered by a MediaTek processor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery. Domestic audio brand Boult Audio marked its entry into the wearable segment with the launch of two new smartwatches–Boult Drift and Boult Cosmic– in India. Both the smartwatches come equipped with heart rate sensor, SpO2 monitor and menstrual cycle tracker.

The Boult Drift and Bould Cosmic smartwatches will be available at an introductory price of Rs 1,999 and Rs 1,499 respectively. Customers can purchase the smartwatches online from Flipkart and they will be soon available offline as well.

Hisense launched 120-inch 4K smart laser TV in India

Consumer electronics brand Hisense launched its premium 120-inch 4K smart laser TV--120L9G--in India this week. The TV is available for purchase from Amazon at a price of Rs 4,99,999. As per the company, the TV comes with a 3-years warranty and an Amazon 4K Fire TV Stick Max for a limited period.

The company claims that the laser TV comes with the “industry-first largest ALR screen” of 120-inch size, 3000 lumens brightness and 4K UHD picture quality. It is equipped with Dolby Atmos-enabled 40W front-firing speakers.
