AHMEDABAD: The tally of new Covid cases in the city and state increased slightly on Saturday compared to Friday.
The city recorded 253 new cases, whereas Gujarat recorded 668 cases.
There are now 1,670 active cases in Ahmedabad, while the number for the state crossed 4,000 for the first time since the third week of February, at 4,046.
