Actress Esha Gupta who recently appeared in the web series 'Aashram 3' is making waves for her intimate scenes with the show’s lead Bobby Deol.
Esha played an image manager Sonia of Baba Nirala (Deol), the Godman, the protagonist in the show.
While the actress expressed her happiness to be part of the show because she was already a fan of 'Aashram', scores of viewers can’t help but criticise Esha for exuding boldness in the show.
Commenting on the same, Esha told Bollywood Bubble, “The problem is till now in India, they think that doing intimate scenes is such a big deal where you go in Bandstand everyone is doing it, so I don’t understand why are you asking me. But if I do the film voluntarily not only for a film that was not only directed but choreographed in front of so many people. It is sad that it is all the people talk about.”
The actress is known for acting in Bollywood films like 'Raaz 3', 'Jannat 2', 'Rustom', web series 'REJCTX', 'Nakaab'.
In an earlier interview with IANS, Esha said, "I have started my independent life at a very young age. There were days when I worked in a cafe as a student to earn my pocket money. But now after all these years, I have a set parameter. My acting project either has to satisfy my pocket or my soul."

On work front, Esha Gupta is all set to star in web series 'Invisible Woman' where she will be seen opposite Suniel Shetty, who is set to make his debut in the OTT segment. 'Invisible Woman' is a noir action thriller produced by Yoodlee Films with Tamil filmmaker Rajesh M. Selva at the helm.
