15 new Covid cases in Rajkot, 717 in Gujarat

AHMEDABAD/RAJKOT: Gujarat witnessed a sharp spike in the number of Covid-19 cases with 717 people testing positive in the 24 hours ending Thursday evening.
In Rajkot city, 15 people tested positive in Rajkot city and as many people also recovered. In all, 70 people are under Covid treatment in home isolation. In Bhavnagar city, 16 people tested positive and 14 recovered. There are 107 active cases out which two are hospitalized. In Bhavnagar rural, seven cases were detected.
