Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar is back with the seventh season of one of the most sensational talk shows 'Koffee with Karan'.
While the host as already given a sneakpeek into the stars who will be gracing the coveted couch this year, fans were left wondering if any of the Khans will be a part of this season.
And now, KJo has finally spilled the beans. During an interaction with Bollywood Hungama, Karan mentioned that while Aamir will be a part of 'Koffee with Karan 7', Shah Rukh Khan will give this season a miss.
"I think Shah Rukh should really explode only at the time of 'Pathaan'. I know he is not doing much, not facing any media right now and I think that's the best decision for him. Because when 'Pathaan' does come, it's going to be a tsunami at the box office!" Karan shared.
He added, "SRK has kept away, and people are waiting for him and desiring, and the more that happens, the more they will give back in terms of love to the biggest star of the country."
Meanwhile, 'Koffee with Karan 7' premiered on Thursday, with new episodes releasing every week. Going by the promo that was dropped a few days back, Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Devarkonda, Samantha Prabhu, Shahid Kapoor, Kiara Advani, among others, will be seen on the show this year.
