
BSE Odisha 10th Result 2022 Updates: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha declared the class 10 or high school board exam result 2022 today. Students can check their results on the official website of BSE at bseodisha.nic.in or bseodisha.ac.in. In case, students do not have access to the internet, candidates can check their marks through SMS.
School and Mass Education Department Minister Samir Ranjan Dash announced that the class 10 result will be available within an hour of the result declaration.
The high school examination was held from April 29 to May 6 in offline mode. The students will be examined in three ways through summative assessment and internal assessment. The method where students scored the highest marks will be counted.
This year, the exams were conducted out of 80 marks for all subjects except the vocational trades and the third language. The question paper contained 50 multiple choice questions in the OMR sheet while the remaining had to be attempted in subjective mode.
The overall pass percentage for the last year is 97.89 per cent which is nearly 20 per cent high than the previous year’s 78.76 per cent. A total of 5,74,125 examinees registered for the exam and 5,62,010 were declared passed in 2021.
A total of 5.26 lakh students of 8,925 schools had appeared in the class 10 examination. As per School and Mass Education Minister. While 92.37 per cent of girls were declared successful, the pass percentage among boys was 88.77.

A total of 5,85,730 students had appeared in the Odisha matric result this year out of which 5,17,847 students have passed the exams. As many as 8,699 were unable to clear the board exams this year.
A total of 90.55% students have cleared the matric exams this year which is lower than last year's pass percentage of 07.89 percent when results were declared on alternate assessment. In 2020, BSE Odisha conducted board exams for class 10 and a pass percentage of 78.76 per cent was recorded by the board

BSE Odisha is all set to declare the Madhyamik results today. Odisha is one of the few states that have take over two months to declare the board results. School and Mass Education Department Minister Samir Ranjan Dash announced that the class 10 result will be available within an hour of the result declaration. The result declaration time is 1 pm.
This year, the board revised the class 10 exam pattern. The HSC exams were conducted out of 80 marks for all subjects except the vocational trades and the third language. BSE Odisha class 10 board examinations were held from April 29 to May 6, 2022. The examination was conducted from 8 am to 11 am in an offline pen and paper mode.
Unlike other states, Odisha conducted the class 10 board exams in 2020. A total of 1279 students had secured A1 grade, 8458 had secured A2 grade, 18,188 secured B1 grade, 31,328 secured B2 grade, 49,153 received C grade, 89,556 received D grade, 2,23,195 and 1,12,575 secured grades E and F respectively.
In the class 10 results, those who do not clear the exam will be eligible to appear for the supplementary exam. This would give them a second chance to the students, in case the students clear the supplementary exam, they will be considered a pass
Candidates need to secure at least 33 per cent marks in every subject and a minimum of 20 per cent as aggregate to clear the odisha board exams. In order to secure first division grade, he/she need to score beyond 60 per cent marks overall.
