Mhow: Cantt Board to act against encroachers without notice

The administration has asked people who have any court order in this regard to present the order along with a copy in the office otherwise action would be taken without any notice and recovery would also be done.

Mhow (Madhya Pradesh): The Containment Board Administration is all set to initiate action against illegal occupiers whether temporary or permanent of land belonging to the government of Indian whether it be open land, road, street, etc or any type of property. Cantt Board CEO Dr Rajendra Jagtap has in a press release warned all such occupiers to remove their encroachment with immediate effect.

After the publication of this notice, the administration would act against encroachers without giving them prior notice. The administration has asked people who have any court order in this regard to present the order along with a copy in the office otherwise action would be taken without any notice and recovery would also be done.
