Sidhu Moose Wala murder case: Gangster Priyavarat Fauzi, 3 others sent to 7-day police remand

Singer Sidhu Moose Wala was killed on May 29 in Punjab’s Mansa.
MANSA: Arrested for killing of Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu aka Sidhu Moosewala, sharpshooter Priyavarat Fauzi and three others were sent in police remand for 7 days by a Mansa court on Tuesday.
The four were produced in the court under tight security.
Earlier, they were brought to Mansa on Tuesday early morning from Patiala House Court of New Delhi on transit remand.
Fauzi is accused of heading the module for killing Sidhu Moose Wala.
Fauzi was arrested by Special Cell of Delhi Police from Mundra in Gujarat. Following initial questioning by Delhi cops, Punjab police got his custody on Monday evening and a team of state police left for Punjab with him and others in bulletproof vehicles.
In a major breakthrough, on Sunday evening, Delhi Police succeeded in arresting another shooter Ankit Sersa, who is only 18-year-old.
The police after getting the police remand took Fauzi to Mansa CIA and may take him to CIA headquarters at Kharar to make him confront gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is considered at main conspirator.
