3,599 more Covid cases in Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state reported 3,599 positive cases and 14 more deaths due to Covid-19 on Friday. The present test positivity rate is 17.01% and average for the last seven days is 17.57%.
Thiruvananthapuram reported the highest number of cases 943 followed by Ernakulam (844), Kottayam (394), Kollam (336) and Pathanamthitta (212).
The total number of active cases in the state is 28,636. The total deaths in the state have now become 70,037. In June alone 84,456 Covid cases were reported in the state. tnn
