Ganesh Deshmukh, the municipal commissioner held a review meeting on the development works being carried out by different departments of the Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC). During the meeting, Deshmukh instructed all the departments to complete it in a timely manner.
Deshmukh asked officials to prepare a budget for the construction of two civic primary health centres and three ward offices, including preparing a detailed project report of Ahilyabai Holkar Bhavan and the mother and child care centre.
In addition, he also instructed all the four ward officers to implement the encroachment removal campaign effectively. The Commissioner directed the concerned departments to formulate a systematic plan for the continuous and effective implementation of the ban on plastics in the municipal sector.
