Haryana: Statue of Lord Krishna's 'Virat Swaroop' unveiled at Kurukshetra

KURUKSHETRA: Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Thursday that the entire world will know Kurukshetra as Gita Sthali (place of holy granth Bhagvada Gita).
"Every human will also get an opportunity to know the cycle of the whole world from this Gita Sthali. Understanding the importance of this holy book, Gita, to give the message of brotherhood and peace to the entire humanity, the government has developed the Virat Swaroop (universal form) of Lord Krishna at Jyotisar," said Mohan Bhagwat.
Bhagwat was speaking on the occasion of an event organised by Kurukshetra district administration and tourism department, to unveil the Virat Swaroop of Lord Krishna.
