The intermediate examination result was scheduled to release at 2:30 pm, however it got postponed and will be out at 4:30 pm. The JAC Jharkhand class 12 theory board exams were conducted from March 24 to April 25, in an offline mode. The practical examinations were held from February 6 to 27, 2022. The examination began at 2 pm as it was conducted in the second shift. The overall pass percentage recorded for the Arts stream is 97.43 per cent, and 92.75 per cent for Commerce.
Last year, the Jharkhand state board class 12 exams were not conducted due to a surge in Covid-19 cases in the state. The examination was cancelled keeping in mind the health and safety of students. The JAC class 12 results were prepared using an alternate marking scheme. Students were evaluated on the basis of their performances in class 11 and assessments. A total number of 3,31,056 students registered for the board examination out of which 3,27,235 students were successfully promoted and passed.

Class 10 results were announced a few days ago, along with the results of Science stream of class 12. This year, class 10 recorded an overall pass percentage of 91.19 per cent. The pass percentage of class is 92.25 per cent.
The Minister For Department of Education, Jagarnath Mahto, will soon be announcing the results for Jharkhand JAC Class 12 Commerce, Arts stream.
The Press conference was scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm but has been delayed due to unknown reasons. "The press conference will begin as soon as the Chairperson arrives at the venue," a senior official from JAC had earlier told indianexpress.com.

The press conference has been delayed and will now begin at 3 pm, as per several reports. However, there has been no official comment on this.
Till now, there has been no official announcemrnt about the compartmental exams. Once the results for JAC Class 12 Commerce, Arts are declared, the Jharkhand Board will also announce he details about the compartmental exams.
To successully pass the JAC Class 12 Commerce, Arts results, students will have to score a minimum of 33 per cent in each subject. However, if students fail to score the minimum in a couple of subjects, they will be allowed to appear for compartmental exams.
The result of class 12 Commerce and Arts streams will be declared by the JAC Chairperson Anil Kumar Mahto in a press conference which will be beginning shortly.
