The date and time for the first and second-year board exam results have been made public by the Telangana School Education Department. On June 28 at 11 a.m., the result will be announced. Candidates who took the exam can see their results at the following websites: tsbie.cgg.gov.in, results.cgg.gov.in, bie.telangana.gov.in, and bse.telangana.gov.in. The result will also be accessible via the "T App Folio" mobile app.
The second-year board exams for Telangana State were held from May 7 to May 24, 2022. The exam was conducted in an offline mode from 9 am to 12 noon.

Over the previous years, the passing percentage had increased. The pass percentage improved from 59.37 percent in 2018–19 to 63.23 percent in 2019–20. Due to the cancellation of the board exams due to COVID in 2021, the TS inter-pass percentage was reported as 100%. 2,28,754 girls and 2,22,831 boys out of 4,51,585 students were declared graduates.
