Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Bramhotasav and Rath Yatra festival is being celebrated in the Laxmi Venkatesh Temple situated at Chhatribagh from June 25. On the second day of the celebration, Mahaabhishek of Bhagwat Mahalaxmi was performed on Sunday with a thousand silver urns.

These urns were adorned with milk, curd, ghee, sugar, honey, perfume, mango juice, and water from rivers was filled in these silver urns.

The procession of Bhagwati Mahalakshmi reached the festival pavilion on Mangal Giri, along with Swami Maharaj, Anantacharya Maharaj, and Ranganathacharya Maharaj, and Anna Maharaj, while Bhagwati's urn was done using Silver Basil, Silver Lotus, and Golden Flower.

Along with this, many devotees were made to sit in pairs in the Utsav Mandap, as well as worshipping material was given, so that the devotees could gain the most from the worship.

On this occasion Shrimad Jagadguru Nagoria Peethadheeshwar, Vishnu Prapannacharya Maharaj, while giving a discourse, said that Lakshmi can be worshipped easily, but the money earned honestly provides prosperity to the person, and unethically earned property causes destruction in the family.
