Amjhera: Boy threatens girl with leaking photos

Amjhera (Madhya Pradesh): A 19-year-old girl lodged an FIR against a boy, Vishal Gahlod, for allegedly leaking their call recordings and photos on the internet. The police have registered a case of extortion and molestation against Vishal.

The accused and the girl met on the internet and their friendship blossomed. Soon they were talking to each other through voice and video calls. Later, she was molested by the accused when they met in person. On protesting, the miscreant demanded money by threatening to make the call recording, photos and videos viral on the social sites. So far the girl has given four thousand rupees to him.

The girl, a resident of Rajpura visited Amjhera police station along with her father and uncle to register a case against Dhulet resident Vishal Gahlod. The victim said that she studies in BA final year and that she first met Vishal in person on February 22 at Goddess Amka Jhamka temple where the incident took place.

Later on March 28, she went to Dhar to give exams, and it is here that Vishal clicked their selfie and photos. Vishal started to threaten her with uploading the photos and call recordings on the internet and said that he would send the photos and recordings to her to be in-laws also.
