Goa: 151 new Covid cases, active tally over 900

PANAJI: Goa recorded 151 Covid-19 cases and 112 recoveries on Thursday, pushing the tally of active cases past 900.
With 1,223 tests conducted, the single day case positivity rate remained on the higher side at 12.2%. The recovery further dipped to 98% which was over 98.4% last month.
No mortalities were reported on Thursday, but two patients had to be hospitalised. Over the last one week, more than 10 patients have been hospitalised.
Since the rise in positivity rate, health services have increased the number of tests conducted.
