In Aisha rerun,woman records video, ends life

Vadodara: In a grim reminder of Ahmedabad’s Aisha Makarani, who made a video absolving her husband of all ties before plunging into the Sabarmati, another young woman too made a similar video in Ahmedabad before she killed herself in Vadodara on Monday.
Viral videos, meanwhile, surfaced on Thursday and are said to have been recorded at the Sabarmati Riverfront in Ahmedabad which show the woman, Nafisa Khokhar (25), claiming to be cheated in love by a youth who reneged on his promise to marry her. The Vadodara woman was found hanging at her residence in Tandalja area on Monday. The police registered the incident as an unnatural death and started investigations.
