New Delhi: News Broadcasters in the Hindi News Space are closely competing with each other for the top spot with a thin margin of market share in both the TGs of 2+ and 15+. While top two positions were almost neck-to-neck with a difference of less than 1 pc market share, the top four positions in both the TGs competed closely with minimal difference in market share.
According to BARC data for News Channels for Week 24, in the 2+ NCCS All India market, Aaj Tak topped the chart with 12.4 pc market share followed by India TV with 12.3 pc share at the second position and News 18 India with 11.6 pc share at the third position. TV9 Bharatvarsh stood at 4th position with 11.5 pc market share followed by Republic Bharat at 5th position with 9.8 pc share and Zee News with 8.4 pc share at the 6th position. Times Now Navbharat claimed the 7th position with 7.2 pc share followed by ABP News with 5.9 pc share at 8th position. News Nation took the 9th position with 5.5 pc market share and Good News Today with 5.1 pc share stood at 10th position.
In the 15+ NCCS All HSM, India TV bagged the top spot with 12.7 pc market share followed by Aaj Tak with 12.2 pc share at second spot and News 18 India with 11.6 pc share at the third spot. TV9 Bharatvarsh stood at 4th spot with 11.1 pc market share followed by Republic Bharat at 5th spot with 9.9 pc share and Zee News with 8.4 pc share at the 6th spot. Times Now Navbharat secured the 7th spot with 7.2 pc market share followed by ABP News with 5.9 pc share at 8th spot. News Nation took the 9th spot with 5.6 pc share and Good News Today with 5.0 pc share stood at 10th spot.
