The record companies, producers, and coaches put a greater emphasis on performance goals that ignore the artists' and athletes' health and well-being. It's no surprise that anxiousness is frequent among this group, given their unpredictable schedules, late-night gigs, tough itineraries, and hard training. Here are some famous celebrities that have been dealing with it.

Selena Gomez took a career break in the past because of panic attacks, depression, and anxiety. "I’ve had a lot of issues with depression and anxiety, and I’ve been very vocal about it, but it’s not something I feel I’ll ever overcome," I want to make sure I’m healthy. If that’s good, everything else will fall into place."
Kim Kardashian West, the fashion mogul and reality TV celebrity, opened up about her anxiety in a 2016 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kim had been tied and held at gunpoint in a Paris hotel room just a month before that episode. “I definitely get a lot more anxiety now, just with people knowing your every move."
Marcus Morris grew up in a gang-infested Philadelphia neighbourhood, which he claims led to his anxiety and depression. "At that time, I didn't trust any white people because I didn't know any white people. Honestly, I didn't feel like I could trust anybody, not even the people in my neighbourhood, who I knew my whole life."After joining the NBA and jumping from team to team, he resorted to sleeping medications and marijuana but did not find any respite. He claims that consulting a mental health therapist helped him feel more relaxed, happy, and productive.
Ariana Grande experienced symptoms of Post- traumatic stress disorder after one of her concerts. She then revealed that she has long suffered from anxiety."I've always had anxiety. I've never really spoken about it because I thought everyone had it, but when I got home from the tour it was the most severe I think it's ever been," Ariana explained.
"Anxiety is nothing to be ashamed of; it affects millions of people every day. I know I have fans out there who have been through this kind of thing, too, and I wanted to be honest for their sake, if nothing else. When I was in one direction, my anxiety issues were huge but, within the safety net of the band, they were at least manageable. As a solo performer, I felt much more exposed, and the psychological stress of performing had just gotten to be too much for me to handle. Rather than hiding away, sugar-coating it, I knew I had to put it all out there."
The singer opened about her anxiety issues saying “I’ve suffered through depression and anxiety my entire life; I still suffer with it every single day. I just want these kids to know that that depth that they feel as human beings is normal. We were born that way. This modern thing, where everyone is feeling shallow and less connected? That’s not human.”
Emma was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). She said she still has panic attacks, but seeing a therapist, meditating, and reaching out to people helped her cope."You don't have to be an actor to get over anxiety, you don't have to be a writer to overcome it. You just have to find what that thing is within you that you are drawn to."
