Man hit by bullet during celebratory firing in Amroha

AMROHA: A teacher, Risal Singh (30), who was watching a wedding procession was hit by a bullet in the thigh fired by a relative of the groom’s family in celebration on Sunday evening at Rukhalu village under Hasanpur police station in Amroha.
Onlookers nabbed the man who suddenly started firing in the air indiscriminately. They handed him over to the police. The victim’s family is yet to lodge a complaint, police said.
