Cong fuelling protests, says Shobha

Dharwad: Charging the Congress with fuelling the country-wide protests against the central government’s ‘Agnipath’ scheme, Union minister of state for agriculture and farmers’ welfare Shobha Karandlaje on Sunday said, “The Congress is losing elections across the country, and is faced with the prospect of extinction. The top guns of the Grand Old Party seem to have lost their balance, and are protesting every policy that the Narendra Modi-led government is devising.”
Shobha, interacting with representatives of the media in Dharwad, said, “The Congress is trying to create unrest in society. It is well known that the Congress has links with anti-national elements who are responsible for the violence in Kashmir.”
The protests against the ‘Agnipath’ scheme are part of a conspiracy hatched to damage the BJP.
