Meghalaya seeks 300cr central aid

SHILLONG: Faced with a trail of destruction, both in terms of loss of human lives and extensive damage to infrastructure, rain-ravaged Meghalaya has sought preliminary aid of Rs 300 crore from the Centre to tide over the calamity.
