Ranchi: The Management Training Institute (MTI) of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) will celebrate its diamond jubilee year-long between 2022 and 23. Dubbed the ‘Hirak Jayanti’, the celebration will commence on June 25 and will conclude after one year on June 25, 2023. Several competitions will be organized for employees, old-age home inmates and underprivileged children during the celebrations.
“SAIL unveiled the rollout plan of yearlong celebrations of MTI. Under this initiative, MTI will take up an inclusive growth model for the unprivileged children as well as for old-age home residents. The yearlong event will comprise frolicsome art and culture competitions for children. The corporate carnival will also be organized which will include a national-level quiz ‘UDAAN’, case study competition ‘Anubhav” apart from the All India Steel Officers’ HR conference and digital conclave among others,” said SAIL-MTI executive director
Sanjeev Kumar.
Emphasizing on optimization of digital transformation, Kumar added, “The focus of MTI for next year will be to drive digital transformation across all integrated steel plants of SAIL. The industry 4.0 tools will provide a competitive edge to those which adopt them early.”
