Belagavi: Aam Aadmi Party vice-president Bhaskar Rao on Saturday said that despite the BJP, JD(S) and Congress ruling Karnataka for several years, they have not fulfilled the public’s desires and indulged in making money through corruption for their gains.
Addressing the media in Belagavi on Saturday, Rao said: “There are no honest politicians in these three parties. All parties say no family politics and nepotism, but see in all three every politician is the son of a politician or father of a politician.”
He took potshots at congress MLC Prakash Hukkeri, who won the NW Teachers’ constituency in the MLC elections. He asked about Hukkeri's education qualification. He also criticised Hukkeri’s alleged behaviour after he won the election when had threatened a police officer.
“As our party found a minister was involved in corruption in the Panjab government, we sacked him and filed a criminal case against him. Is there any guts in these parties?” Rao asked.
