12 test positive, active cases at 42 in Rajkot

Rajkot: After nearly two months, Rajkot city reported double digit Covid-19 cases with 12 people testing positive on Thursday. The number of active cases has risen to 42 in the city.
Three persons were discharged after recovery. According to Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC), 10 people had tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday.
Officials said most of the people who tested positive have a travel history outside Gujarat
RMC has increased the testing in different areas of the city.
However, according to RMC officials, the patients testing positive have mild symptoms and none of them is in need of oxygen support.
