Cove UK has completed the takeover of a West Sussex static home park to add to the company’s expanding portfolio of sites across the United Kingdom. Willowbrook Park, situated in the coastal village of Lancing, has been acquired by Cove as its acquisition trail continues apace. Comprising 144 static homes set across 12 picturesque acres of countryside, Cove has purchased the park from family owners Patrick and Anne Luard. Located just eight miles to the west of Brighton, Willowbrook is operated as a residential site. The park is just 300 yards from Lancing beach yet enjoys a tranquil beauty with a mesmeric burn which meanders through the site which is also home to an array of wildlife including swans, ducks, coots, moorhens, kingfishers. Cove said Willowbrook was a park that was renowned for exceptional standards and excellent maintenance by the previous owners and was an attractive proposition as a result.
