Govt scheme beneficiaries extended invite

Mysuru: Former minister and BJP MLA SA Ramadas said beneficiaries of Central government schemes will be extended invites from Friday to attend an interaction programme with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Krishnaraja assembly constituency.
As many as 18,986 persons have been benefited by the Central government schemes and about Rs 6.6 crores grants have been released. In the current fiscal, Rs 1 crore of the grant is released. Currently, about 12,300 eligible beneficiaries are there in the assembly segment and of them, 6,500 are housing scheme beneficiaries, the MLA stated.
