Aparna Yadav has received a threat call from an unidentified caller.
Her personal security officer (PSO) Dilip Singh lodged an FIR with the
Gautampalli police station on Wednesday.
Police have beefed up security around Aparna’s residence on Vikramaditya Marg.
As per the complaint, a call came on Aparna’s mobile phone around 4.11pm on Wednesday which she did not answer.
After some time an audio WhatsApp call came on her mobile which was attended by the PSO.
The caller threatened to kill
Aparna with an AK-47 rifle within next three days.
“Note this warning and be ready,” the caller told the PSO and also used some abusive words before disconnecting the call.
The personal security officer said Aparna later asked him to lodge a police complaint. Lucknow police commissioner DK Thakur said an FIR under the charges of criminal intimidation, intentional insult, and criminal intimidation by anonymous communication has been lodged. “We have increased security at her residence and a cyber team is trying to trace the caller,” said the police commissioner .
