Odisha: Visually-impaired bask in Raja festivities

BERHAMPUR: Several visually-impaired girls of the Odisha Service Center for Blind (OSCB) celebrated Raja at the Biju Patnaik Park here on Wednesday. Dressed in their best clothes and with make-up on, the girls, aged between 5 and 18 years, played and danced in the park as outsiders enjoyed their performances. They also took to swings, sang, gorged on sweets and cakes and had a whale of a time.
