In today's time, everyone is constantly surrounded by chaos - both within themselves and with others. They are constantly juggling to find ways to cope with almost everything. So, to enlighten human beings about the spiritual potential of the human body, Sri Preethaji, a mystic and enlightened sage, is leading the Oneness Yoga Challenge in 2022.
This year, Sri Preethaji's creation of Oneness Yoga Challenge is inspired by ancient Himalayan Yogis' pursuit of enlightenment and also from the mystical experiences from her own consciousness. The Oneness Yoga Challenge is a 7-day event to help you connect with your body and awaken your chakras. This challenge will be live from June 15 and will end on June 21, on the International Yoga Day.
This unique yoga experience is built on chakra power to unlock body bliss. It also includes yoga Nidra, which cleanses the brain of its toxins, and pranayama, which is the practice of freeing the breath.
The mystical body movements allow you to tap into your innermost being. As you stretch and stay, tense and relax, chant and focus, breathe and hold during each day of the challenge, you will manifest the energies of stability, delight, courage, love, flow, awareness and oneness.
With graceful postures, chanting the mantras, visualising the yantras and transforming the rhythms of your breath as you move through the yogic movements, you wake up to your body bliss. You feel more flexible, energised and connected to your inner bliss.
Sri Preethaji says that the purpose of oneness yoga is not physical health or physical fitness. Instead, it is to lead you to spiritual fitness; it is Chitta Vritti Nirodha, or the cessation of repetitive thoughts, which builds into suffering and opens you up to Ananda, or bliss. The final goal of Yoga is to lead you to glimpse Jeevan Mukti, or complete enlightenment. The vision of Ekam, or oneness, is to create such Jeevan Muktas, or enlightened beings, whose presence will shift the balance in collective human consciousness away from hate, greed, and sorrow to compassion and oneness. This shift in consciousness is the only solution to all the world's problems.
Sri Preethaji believes that compassion, attention, and patience are the true spirits of Yoga. Yoga is not about pushing your body into a yogic posture. Instead, it's a movement in compassionate awareness of the body. As you settle into each asana, breathe and concentrate your prana on that muscle group; your body begins to heal. The muscles release the physical and emotional stress stored in them. In time, your body will gracefully arch into the perfect position.
The Oneness Yoga Challenge is a revolutionary path to physical, mental, and emotional health, bliss, and oneness. The program is online so that you can practice in the privacy of your home or as part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals. This yoga challenge is for everyone, regardless of age or religious background. Sri Preethaji urges her followers and millions of seekers to join the journey to unlock body bliss!
Through this unprecedented yoga challenge, you will be amazed by what you discover about yourself, your health, your body, and your potential.
The challenge begins on June 15 and lasts for seven days. On this international day of yoga, seekers from all over the world will create oneness yoga mobs in their neighbourhoods, workplaces, parks, libraries, and open spaces. They will create a group for fellow yoga enthusiasts to gather and participate in a collective experience. The goal is to inspire the world towards Yoga, bliss & oneness. This event would be an opportunity for people to connect and raise global consciousness and create a better place for all.
