New flight services to Gulf countries

Thiruvananthapuram: The airport authorities have informed that more international services will be launched from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. IndiGo Airlines has decided to start new services to Abu Dhabi in the UAE and Dammam in Saudi Arabia.
The Thiruvananthapuram-Abu Dhabi service will start from Wednesday. Flight 6E1609 will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 9.30pm and reach Abu Dhabi at 12.10am. In the return direction, flight 6E1612 will leave Abu Dhabi at 1.30am and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 7.15am. There will be three services in a week --on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The daily service to Dammam will start on July 1. Flight 6E 1607 will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 7.55am and reach Dammam at 10.10am. The return flight (6E 1608) will start at 11.35am and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 7.10pm. Bookings for both services have started.
The new services are being launched in view of the long-standing demand of travellers to launch more services to the Gulf countries.
