Active Covid cases rise to 1,116 in Telangana

HYDERABAD: Telangana recorded 126 new cases of Covid-19 on Monday, continuing on the upward march even as the number of active cases crossed shot up to 1,116.
The current positivity rate is 1.1%. The total count of cases recorded so far in the state stand to 7,94,584. The death toll stands at 4,111 on Monday, as no death was recorded for over three months now. A total of 49 patients were declared recovered, taking the total tally of recoveries so far to 7,89,357.
