COMPANY NEWS: Market research firm Roy Morgan names Aussie Broadband as the #1 most trusted telco in Australia.

Roy Morgan data scientists analysed nominations from more than 20,000 Australians to identify most trusted and distrusted brands.

Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine says trust and distrust are critical measures of the health of a brand.

“I am delighted to announce based on our most recent 2022 Risk Monitor rankings, Aussie Broadband is Australia’s most trusted telecommunications brand.”

Roy Morgan’s latest risk report noted that customers appreciated Aussie Broadband’s “good customer service and reliability”.

Aussie Broadband managing director Phillip Britt was happy with the results, saying “the recognition is a testament to the excellent customer service that staff continue to deliver.”

“We’re very honoured that consumers and Roy Morgan have recognised that we provide a high-quality service and see us as the most trusted telco in Australia.”

“Customer service really is at the heart of everything we do here at Aussie, which is why we’re humbled to receive this accolade from Roy Morgan,” Britt says.

In May, Aussie Broadband was announced as a winner at the annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards in 2021, winning Internet Service Provider of the Year for the second year in a row. It was also included in the top 10 for the ‘Best of the Best’ Award — one of only four companies to do so in consecutive years.
