India Coronavirus Live: The country reported 24 Covid-related deaths on Friday.

New Delhi:

India on Saturday reported a total of 8,329 new coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours. The new additions have taken the total number of coronavirus cases in country to 4,32,13,435.

The daily positivity rate of 2.41 percent was observed on Friday, while the weekly positivity rate was recorded to be 1.75 percent, the Health Ministry said.

The active COVID-19 cases rose to 40,370 and the number of deaths due to Covid climbed to 5,24,757 with 10 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the government data
