Gujarat: Two held with 379 counterfeit currency notes in Bhavnagar

RAJKOT: Two women were nabbed with 379 counterfeit notes with a face value of Rs 7 lakh in Bhavnagar city.
Acting on specific information, the special operations group (SOG) kept a watch on Tarasiya Road and arrest Rekha Makwana (35) and Manisha Relia (40).
Sleuths found 33 notes from Rekha and 22 from Manisha while the remaining were hidden in their scooter.
Preliminary investigation revealed that Manisha used to print the notes at her house in Botad and sell them for 25-40% discount.
