Ahmedabad records 26 new Covid cases

AHMEDABAD: The city on Friday recorded 26 new Covid cases, accounting for 56.5% of the state's 46 new cases. With the discharge of 15 patients, the number of active cases reached 167. In Gujarat, the active cases reached 267 with the discharge of 33 patients.
The other cases include nine from Vadodara city, three each from Surat and Jamnagar cities, two from Rajkot city, and one each from Gandhinagar city, Mehsana and Surat districts. With the update, the number of districts with zero active cases reduced to 18 out of 33 districts.
