JAIPUR: A six-member team of
Punjab police is in Sadarshahar town of
Churu district since Thursday evening in connection with the murder case of
Sidhu Moose wala. Police have so far found that an SUV used in the murder has a Churu registration number. They are asking its owner and about the person to whom it was sold.
According to Churu police, the person in whose name the vehicle is registered is a resident of a village under Sardarshahar police station of Churu district. "The man told police that he had sold the vehicles some years ago. Police are trying to find who owned this jeep very recently," said a senior officer of Churu.
Churu SP Digant Anand said, "Punjab police is here. Their team comprises six members and we have given them some vehicles and nearly 25 of our men for support."
