Ludhiana: Police arrest Bhutanese national with Ganja in Khanna

LUDHIANA: The police in arrested a Bhutanese National after they recovered Ganja from him. The accused was identified as Amosh Sanwar of Village Lachu Tara, District Samste in Bhutan, now resident of Village Mehru in district Kapurthala.
Police officials said that cops of Khanna city two police station had set up check post opposite Pristine Mall to look for suspicious persons and vehicles. They added that during checking, police stopped the accused and one kilogram of Ganja was recovered from him.
Cops said that the accused was booked under sections of NDPS act and was arrested in the case.
They added that further investigation is on.
