Man held for cheating rail passengers

VASCO: Shivanand Chauhan, 24, was arrested by the Vasco railway police for cheating railway passengers by impersonating as a ticket travel examiner (TTE).
Vasco DySP Rajesh Kumar said Chauhan extorted money from passengers travelling without ticket as railway fine. He was arrested while departing in Vasco Jasidih Express from Vasco railway station.
An offence has been filed against Chauhan under provisions of the IPC.
