Kelly Khumalo's estranged sister, Zandie Khumalo-Gumede, has released a cryptic song alluding to blowing the whistle.
Zandile shared a snippet of the song titled Ikhwela on social media.
In the caption, she wrote an extract of the lyrics in isiZulu. Loosely translated, the lyrics say that she has travelled a long journey and is not turning back as she is hated by many.
She also says that she reckons it is time to blow the whistle but asks her more than 300 000 fans and followers what they think.

The song itself, released on 5 May on Spotify however, seems to talk about forbidden love.
In the song, Zandile sings - translated from isiZulu - "At home they are jealous. My mom will look for me, they will say I'm not there when I am. Darling, please blow the whistle for me. They say if I don't leave you alone, I will regret it."

The release of Zandile's song caused quite a stir earlier this week. It led to people thinking that there was a possibility that she was the mysterious eyewitness defence attorney, Advocate Malesela Teffo, spoke about in connection with the ongoing Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
On Wednesday, News24 reported that Teffo claimed there was an eyewitness who would testify that the former soccer star was mistakenly shot and killed by Kelly. Meyiwa was shot and killed at the Khumalo family home in Vosloorus in October 2014.
In 2020, DRUM reported that the once inseparable siblings had a falling out. According to the report, the two fell out after Kelly claimed that Zandile's husband was a fraudster who used her name for an event and took the money for himself.
Shortly after that Zandile posted on social media that she was "divorcing" her sister. The pair continued to air their dirty laundry on social media.
Earlier this year, Zandile posted a picture on social media of her and her estranged sister. In the caption, she asked God to give Kelly strength and their mother, Nthombi, a long life as she has faith that one day, the situation will change.
